Known the Jeanie Nagrodski for a while now and knew she was honest and trustworthy and wasn't just in it for the commission.

Jeanie always answered all my concerns and if she didn't know the answer she went to someone who did and got back to me.

We chose to work with Jeanie Nagrodski after working with another realtor and not getting the attention or support we needed. We were moving in from out of town and had limited time to view houses and Jeanie went above and beyond to view properties prior to us seeing them and let us know which ones would really work for what we needed. She also scheduled our viewings so that we could see a lot on each trip.

Once we selected a home Jeanie was very attentive and sent us lots of updates and guided the process which was helpful since we were far away.

Jeanie, I am writing you to personally express how pleased i was with you during this process! You did an amazing job, no doubt about that at all. As we both know there were a couple "bumps in the road" that came up. But you still in a very respective and professional way took care of that, while still offering me the same and excellent service. Between scheduling contract signing, home inspections availability, questions i had for the sellers, the closing date, and etc your communication response time in between those were well appreciated. You showed that you cared about my needs, as well as understood them also. In which i was very pleased with that. You were extremely friendly, polite, and professional, all in which stood out to me very much! Just gotta give us Cubs fans a little more of a break (i'm only kidding). That was another thing that stood out, we were able to, as friends joke about our sports rivals. That in itself just added that "fun" in there at times, something i really enjoyed. If you are still in the business when i'm ready to buy again, i know without a doubt who i'll be calling. As well as my recommendations to friends and family, you have my support all the way Jeanie and i'll send as many people i possibly can your way!
